It\u2019s a lot of fun, though I haven\u2019t been in some time. Maybe this year! In any case, today\u2019s NYT Strands isn\u2019t about a local music festival, but that\u2019s what the word makes me think of, so here we are. It\u2019s my last day as your Strands sherpa, so after this I\u2019ll see you in two weeks \u2014 in May! It\u2019s a fun twist on classic word search games. Every day we\u2019re given a new theme and then tasked with uncovering all the words on the grid that fit that theme, including a spangram that spans two sides of the board. They have such feeling. BELLOW. CATERWAUL. WHOOP. CLAMOR. I love how language can be so percussive. This wasn\u2019t a particularly challenging Strands, even though the spangram was four words strung together, but it was an evocative puzzle, nonetheless. <\/p>\n How did you do on your Strands today?
