Rather than panic, Hartz gathered her team and asked one question: \u201cKnowing what we know about this business, what would we do if we could do it all over again?\u201d By the meeting\u2019s end, they had a one-page plan. \u201cLet\u2019s go build that company.\u201d<\/p>\n Asked what she can do that most people can\u2019t, Walsh Jennings answers simply: \u201cEndure.\u201d Together, they coin the term \u201centhusiastic endurance\u201d \u2014 what Hartz calls the thing \u201cevery business leader is actually seeking.\u201d Walsh Jennings admits feeling insecure transitioning to business, but Hartz reassures her: \u201cYou don\u2019t need to be strategic.
