Only two years later, the couple had turned that idea into a multi-million-dollar clothing and lifestyle brand.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The brand has picked up a notable following,\u00a0with Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles, country singer Jessie James Decker, and reality star Jessi Draper, known from \u201cThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,\u201d all being\u00a0seen wearing the brand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re not trying to convince people they need something,\u201d Matthew Noonan said. \u201cWe\u2019re trying to remind them of what they already have.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Noonans came to Richwife with more than a decade of combined experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer retail, and apparel.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew Noonan spent his career on the finance and operations side,\u00a0working across multiple brands and overseeing hundreds of millions in revenue.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kaylyn Noonan built hers in content creation, brand development, and community building.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost brands are either great at marketing or great at operations,\u201d Kaylyn Noonan said. \u201cIt\u2019s rare to see both working together from day one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Richwife drew attention from the start, not all of it positive. The Noonans say that was the point.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe name makes people stop,\u201d Matthew Noonan said. \u201cAnd once you have their attention, you can challenge how they\u2019re thinking.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The brand\u2019s argument is that most people already have wealth in the ways that matter\u00a0most, whether that\u2019s time, relationships or health,\u00a0but have been conditioned to measure it only in dollars.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re not anti-money,\u201d Kaylyn Noonan said. \u201cWe just think it\u2019s been over-weighted. Most people are already rich in the ways that matter. They just don\u2019t see it.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p><strong><em>Photo Credit: Irma Lion | ID Studio<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Richwife sells hoodies, hats, and related items, but the Noonans are quick to say the clothing is secondary to what the brand represents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery interaction is part of the brand,\u201d Matthew Noonan said. \u201cIf you say you stand for something, it has to show up operationally, not just in marketing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Financial discipline, he said, has been as important to the company\u2019s growth as the message behind it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can have the best brand in the world, but if the numbers don\u2019t work, it doesn\u2019t matter.
