He emphasized the importance of adaptability in workers who are set to thrive in an AI-driven world.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think two things that I\u2019m continuing to encourage myself to do are to stay curious and to put yourself out there,\u201d he said. \u201cI just think you\u2019ve got to try things.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mosseri likened an openness to AI to learning a new language.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAre you willing to sound like an idiot?\u201d he said. \u201cAre you willing just to say it and be corrected and not be offended and then just get better and better? So you do need people that are adaptable.
