The response: \u201cYou\u2019re out of your mind.\u201d<\/p>\n Leone said the drilling made him jump once, then he willed himself still, imagining the pain of a soldier losing a limb in combat. \u201cThat\u2019s pain with consequences,\u201d he said. \u201cMine was pain with no consequences.\u201d He finished the procedure, made his meeting, then went home and changed his sweat-soaked shirt.<\/p>\n Leone, whose fortune Forbes puts at $11.7 billion<\/a>, has built a career on chasing discomfort.
