One of the pilots, Antoine Forest, was from Quebec.<\/p>\n

Quebec lawmakers voted unanimously for Rousseau\u2019s resignation. Canada\u2019s prime minister said he was \u201cvery disappointed.\u201d Montreal\u2019s mayor said Rousseau \u201clost the respect of our Francophone community.\u201d Rousseau, 68, apologized and said his language limitations had shifted focus from grieving families.
