Capcom didn’t share a precise release date, but we do know RE Veronica will drop in 2027.

It moved quickly through glimpses of familiar Code Veronica locations, with longtime fans spotting series operative H.U.N.K. among the brief flashes.

What Is Resident Evil Veronica About?
Claire Redfield is the main protagonist. She is the sister of Chris Redfield and the journey appears to begin in Paris, but a journey to Rockfort Island and the Umbrella facility is inevitable.
The project is a full remake of the 2000 Dreamcast original, and Capcom’s official description says it preserves the essence of the source material while adding a reimagined storyline, modernized gameplay and far more detailed graphics. Story-wise, it slots into the classic timeline between Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4, filling one of the last major gaps in Capcom’s modern remake run.
