God of War LaufeyCredit: Sony Santa MonicaI’ve loved the God of War franchise since its inception and my love for the series is tied directly to Kratos. The dude is on my desktop wallpaper. I coached high school basketball and I ran a horns set and called it “Kratos.” That’s how much I love the character.Clearly, I’m not alone. While some fans have loved the reveal of God of War Laufey with Kratos’ deceased wife Faye as the main protagonist, others are already missing Kratos.Key Facts at a GlanceGame: God of War Laufey, a PS5 spin-off (no release date announced)Lead:…

Let’s talk about the biggest fear of all employers—hiring someone who works for a competitor. Recently, this happened to me. I run a company that actively hires part-time employees. Around a third of our team works part time. One of our employees has been with us part time for five years and consistently outperforms expectations. For most of the internet era, online shopping has started with a product in mind. A shopper has an idea of what she wants, types in keywords, opens a dozen tabs, and compares specs and prices while slogging toward a decision. AI is now changing that, not only speeding up the research, but also creating a new consumer behavior. That’s because we don’t naturally think in terms of products. We think in pain points, goals, and constraints: “I need to look alive for my 9 a.m. meeting after my red-eye flight.” “I need ideas to get my toddler to eat…

As the scales tip in favor of homebuyers, more sellers are finding themselves unhappy with their prospects—and yanking their homes off the market. In April, 5.8% of all home listings in the U.S. were taken off the market, according to a new analysis from Redfin. That rate matches the record high number of delistings in March 2020, when uncertainty about the pandemic shuttered businesses and slowed real estate deals to a crawl. Delisting rates were also this high in December of last year, a trend that points to a shifting market in which buyers now wield more power than sellers.…

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 466 points, or 0.9%, with an hour remaining in trading, and the Nasdaq composite was 0.8% lower. Weighing on the market was a climb of 1.9% for the price of a barrel of Brent crude oil, the international standard, which brought it back to $97.81. It rose after both the United States and Iran said they launched retaliations for earlier attacks or attempted ones. Palo Alto Networks…

The first-ever Bronco Filson pairs heavy-duty capability with a brilliant cabin built to wear in, not wear down. (Photo: Ford)Published June 3, 2026 07:00PMA truck wearing an outdoor brand’s name is not a new idea. Ford has done this dance before. In the early nineties there was an Eddie Bauer Bronco with two-tone paint and nicer leather, a way for Ford to dip its toe into the almost-luxe marketplace without going full-on fancy. The pitch then is not unlike the pitch now: take a machine that’s good at going off-road, and make the inside nice enough that you’ll actually enjoy…
