Key Takeaways Meta’s latest $800 Display smart glasses allowed CEO Mark Zuckerberg to take a work call on a jet ski, and have the audio come in crystal clear. Zuckerberg insisted that the person on the other end of the call couldn’t tell that he was on a jet ski. Meta has a solid long-term vision for its smart glasses products and is already preparing its 2028 offerings. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg stands behind his company’s products. Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own. For most ranchers, the hardest part isn’t raising the cattle, but what happens after they leave the farm. Once they’re loaded onto someone else’s truck, so is most of the control. Processing, distribution and, too often, the biggest share of the profit all belong to somebody else. Steven McBee Jr. looked at that system years ago and decided he wasn’t going to keep playing by its rules. So while Washington is now investing up to $500 million to strengthen small and midsize meat processors, the 33-year-old rancher has spent the better part of a decade…
Key Takeaways Yousuf Imran, 41, earned $986,000 this year working as an account executive at Google. He still left the company because he was drawn to the “life-changing money” that AI startups offered. Imran left Google in April to launch his own AI sales tools startup. For Yousuf Imran, the grass was greener outside of Google. The 41-year-old Google account executive earned $986,000 in 2026, mainly from sales commissions that layered on top of a $170,000 base salary. Despite making nearly $1 million at Google, he was drawn to the “life-changing money” that AI startups were offering their employees. “Google…
Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own. Key Takeaways If no one can name who authorized a rule or why it exists, it’s probably not a real policy — it’s a habit wearing a costume. Kill it. Each extra approval or check costs a minute. Multiply across every employee, every week, and you’re paying salaries to wait, not produce. Removing friction is cheaper than buying growth. Cut the red tape you never approved before adding another headcount. Every successful business relies on policies and procedures. Policies and procedures create consistency, improve quality and allow organizations to move in a…
Things are looking sunny side up at Eggs Up Grill. The breakfast franchise, founded in 1997 in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, has surpassed 110 locations and now claims the title of largest actively franchising breakfast brand in the country, according to FSR Magazine. Much of the growth has come under the watch of CEO Ricky Richardson, who left his post as president and COO of TGI Fridays in 2018 to take the top spot at Eggs Up Grill. Since his arrival, the egg emporium, which specializes in traditional southern fare like chicken-fried steak and eggs and chicken and waffles, has…
Toyota is moving shop from Mexico to Texas in a $3.6 billion push to bring Tacoma production to the U.S. The world’s largest automaker announced it will build a second assembly line at its San Antonio plant, which currently produces the Tundra and Sequoia, according to CBS News. The move will create more than 2,000 jobs and add 150,000 units of annual production capacity. It will take around four years, so Toyota will continue building some Tacomas at its Guanajuato, Mexico, facility in the interim. The San Antonio investment is part of a broader $10 billion commitment to U.S. manufacturing…

Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own. At my marketing agency, we’ve worked with a few hundred property management companies over the last eight-plus years. And the single most common pattern I see when a new client comes to us is this: they have done some version of “SEO” already. They have a website. They have a blog with 12 posts on it. They have a Google Business Profile that someone claimed and half-filled out three years ago. And they have no idea why none of it is working. The answer, almost every time, is the same. They built…
Bryan Johnson, the “longevity guru,” has spent more than $2 million on a quest to stay young. This week, he disclosed that he has an autoimmune disease that causes the stomach to eat itself. As a practicing physician who helps patients live longer, believe me when I say: you absolutely don’t need extreme measures to live a healthy life. Here’s what actually works. Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own. Key Takeaways Entrepreneurs should view a product or service as a composition of constituent parts that add value to one another in order to satisfy a defined set of requirements, not as a single entity. I refer to this perspective as the art of the value chain. The entrepreneurial significance of this art lies in the fact that opportunities rarely exist in isolation — they’re embedded within compositions of value. What distinguishes an entrepreneur isn’t the ability to spot a market opportunity — it’s understanding the nuance of the composition and the…
