WWE’s first ever premium live event in Italy is set for May 31. The first pieces of the card have already begun to come together. The crowd will be electric for this event. There’s nothing like the energy in an arena in a city of country that doesn’t get to see a ton of live WWE shows. Because of this, WWE will likely pull out all of the stops to make sure the event is a big one.

Let’s break down everything we know about the historic event along with a few predictions about the card.

    Key Facts at a Glance

    • Event: WWE Clash in Italy
    • Date: Sunday, May 31, 2026
    • Venue: Inalpi Arena, Turin, Piedmont Region, Italy
    • Local Start Time: 7:30 PM local
    • Broadcast (U.S.): ESPN streaming
    • Broadcast (International): Netflix (most markets), SuperSport (Sub-Saharan Africa), Abema (Japan)
    • Brands: Raw and SmackDown
    • Historic Note: WWE’s first-ever PLE in Italy

When and Where Is WWE Clash in Italy?

Clash in Italy is set for Sunday, May 31, 2026 at the Inalpi Arena in Turin, with a 7:30 PM local start time listed on WWE’s official event page. The show anchors WWE’s 2026 European Summer Tour, which also routes through Spain, France, Portugal and the U.K. — and the June 1 episode of Raw will broadcast from the same Inalpi Arena the night after the PLE.

How Can You Watch WWE Clash in Italy?

Clash in Italy airs as a traditional pay-per-view worldwide, with regional streaming partners covering the major markets. In the U.S., the event streams on ESPN; most international markets get it through Netflix, while Sub-Saharan Africa runs through SuperSport and Japan through Abema.

That broadcast spread reflects WWE’s broader 2026 streaming layout, with Backlash 2026 following the same ESPN-domestic, Netflix-international template. Expect a pre-show on the usual platforms before the main card kicks off.

Who Is Advertised for WWE Clash in Italy?

WWE has named several Superstars as advertised for the event, even if the official match card hasn’t been released yet. The promoted names include Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley, GUNTHER, Randy Orton, Oba Femi, Seth Rollins and Trick Williams — all with the standard “and many more” caveat.

That’s a list of advertised talent, not a locked card. WWE’s booking team will use the next two episodes of Raw and SmackDown to set up the actual matches, and the Clash in Italy card update coming out of weekly TV is the moment specific matchups will start moving from speculation to official.

What Should Fans Expect from the Clash in Italy Card?

Based on who’s advertised, several titles are likely in play — the Undisputed WWE Championship, World Heavyweight Championship, Women’s World Championship, WWE Women’s Championship and the U.S. Championship.

The challenge for WWE creative is fitting that many champions into one PLE while leaving enough card real estate for the European-tour storytelling beats. That’s especially the case when the Night of Champions premium live event is already set to have every titleholder defend their belt — at least that’s the way it used to be.

Beyond title implications, expect WWE to lean into the historic nature of the night. A first-ever PLE in a major European market typically gets a marquee promo segment and at least one homecoming-style moment for talent with regional ties.

The exact matches stay in the prediction column until WWE makes them official, but the Saturday Night’s Main Event XLIV card on May 23 will be the last domestic show before the company shifts into European-tour mode.
